Well furnished and big size rooms, perfectly fine place overall!

Fairly clean property with location to the square where we could catch buses to other areas. Setting just off shops, bars and the central market and the gardens that go all the way to the Bio Parc and down to the Oceanographic and local amenities. No complains at all, spacious place.

They have included a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Kitchenette is a plus. The people working here are extremely friendly and very very helpful.

Good value, nothing to complain about. Spacious apartment with location in the heart of the historic district. Perfect and incredible setting right by market, the cathedral and central market and the many restaurants, bars and sights.

I really enjoyed that everything was clean and the apartment itself was spacious. Its location was brilliant: at a medium distance from Casco Antiguo Dive Shop. The staff were affable, made the stay fantastic! Included a tub and a shower, all very handy.

Good value, would recommend. Unbeatable location so close to fantastic Italian restaurant, certain metro stops, and the old city area of Valencia, everything perfectly fine. Wonderful bedroom, private bathroom. Location right by the market where you can get all the fresh food you need. Nice drinks at El Mercat Bar Ristorante, nestled 300 m away.

The location was brilliant, 5 minutes' walk from Casco Antiguo Dive Shop. Above all, it was located so close to metro station-right in the heart of the old city, Also easy to walk to the cathedral and old Valencia.

Nicely furnished rooms and we really enjoyed it. The location was great - just a walk to Santa Catalina Church. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, even gave us room with balconies.

The apartment had comfortable beds and was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was appreciated.

There was construction noise from early in the morning, which was quite disruptive. the hot water would sometimes run out abruptly during showers.

It had an exceptional setting next to restaurants and places of interest and central market. In fact, it was located in center of old town.

Tbh, the room was very small.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was right in the center of the old town, directly across from a fantastic food market. Exploring the city was a breeze from this spot, and we had plenty of options for delicious meals nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful upon our arrival.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized, and we weren't notified when our room was ready.

The heating and air conditioning were unreliable, and the bathrooms were cramped. There were no staff members on site to assist with any problems. Additionally, during the Fallas festival, there was a loud party tent outside with music playing until 4am every night, which made sleeping very difficult. However, the apartment did have a lift to the upper floors. Despite the drawbacks, we found the location to be convenient, with the Central Market, bars, pubs. The apartment also offered ample space for five people, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room that could accommodate one to two additional guests. Although the quality was lacking and there were cleanliness issues, the price was fair. I would cautiously recommend this hotel.

My room was nicely furnished with all the facilities. The staff were affable and accommodating in all circumstances, I really enjoyed them all.
